Permanent curling label

Characteristic :Tyre curing label,can be vulcanizing synchronously with tires,operation temperature up to 230℃.Curling label with tyre integrated after curled,no fall out, without deformation, waterproof, no discoloration, acid- base resistant, salt tolerance, and anti petroleum stain, anti abrasion, high and lower temperature resistant.

Storage environment

The best storage condistion is 23± 5 ℃,60±10%RH;use this product within 6 months after manufacture date, and avoid directly sunchine, or high temperature, wet environment, in order to show its perfect performance.

zebra, argox, godex, postek, tsc, tec, sato etc

resin material with strong anti-scratch, anti-abrasion feature,
oil and solvent resistanct,

mostly used fortyre tread label, use for vulcanization technology applied on tires, rubber permanent adhesive stickers, suits for thermal transfer printing, digital printing and laser engraving.
